Today it was a beautiful day, so I took some dolls with me when we went out and…. clouds started rolling in…
And it snowed and snowed!

Vivi’s little outdoors adventure
Today is another amazingly beautiful day :) This time I can’t stay out for too long so only a few quick photos of Vivi :D Vivi is wearing a beautifully made sweater by Betsyjean79 Blythe Knits! I like how some blythe clothing gives Mamachapp (or similar sized bodied dolls) a child like look :D
Ginny’s great outdoors adventure
Decided to walk to work as I missed my bus — would be later than late if I waited for the next bus so I thought okay might as well bring a doll with me and make the best of it all! Ginny is the lucky grab at the last minute pick of the day ^o^;!
So glad I brought her out as I managed to take some pictures which I am rather happy with :D

Feels like I haven’t sewn in a long time ^^; Sometimes before I sew an actual item I want to make, I need some “warm up” sewing ^^; I picked a friend’s pattern she generously shared on flickr to try out :) Warm up sewing usually means it’s not perfect lol!
Sweaters owed…
Even before my Mirai Yukino chan arrived end of 2008, me and Danny discussed a bit about what he would love for his Dollfie Dreams girlies to wear. Sometime last week, I finally got my butt in order and finished up a few things he waited for erm a while now (gomene!!! ^o^;;) Thankfully it reached him safely not burnt! LOL
I wish I can make the stuff as fast as the many ideas keep coming in lol! Anyone know how to cultivate a few extra pairs of sewing arms? ^^;

Mirai learns to knit…
I wish! Doesn’t she look so cute like this? If my dolls/toys really know how to knit and sew I’ll probably work them to death :P (bad owner!)

Test knitting for L bust dollfie dream
We spent quite a bit of Valentine’s running errands (LOL) so I ended up bringing a ball of yarn and knitting needles to try knitting something for Mirai while I wait in the car ^^; Good thing is it fits okay ^O^!
I learnt a bit about knitting from my teens from a few different people, but ironically never really learnt how to read the patterns lol! So now I can only “eyeball knit” — knitting the pieces to fit the size of an actual garment.
Random stuff
Happy Valentine’s! This week’s suddenly aquired School Life Set for Nendoroids ^^; Was surprised to find it available as I managed to miss the preorders ^^; Misplaced Yuki’s glasses (wah!) still haven’t found it ^^;;; Hopefully it’ll turn up sometime ^^;
Want to mention to some of you who enquired about commisioned sewing, I’m quite busy this week so I haven’t really started (ack) but I will e-mail when I get to work on your stuff. When I am less busy later this year, I will try to put up a commission section/update my etsy website. Thank you all for your interest, patience and support ^^/!
Need to find out how Danny clone himself :P
