Very pleased that this top meant for DD L-bust and Dynamite bust first Mirai L-bust too! Decided to let Mirai dress up like she’s about go to shopping :P
A couple of friends wished to meet Mirai so we did a quick and dirty meet with them at Aberedeen Center :P
Argh! Don’t kidnap Mirai chan >_<;
I must say, the stand is definitely one of my favorite feature, among many things about Mirai Smart doll SDMV ^^/
Photos in this entry was taken at New Brighton Park.
As you can see in the photo above, Mirai is stepping up a level, and I only needed to do very little editing to hide the stand.
There are two different type of doll collectors (at least I think) one type buys the doll, stores it for display only, I’m the kind who take my dolls out for photos!
On a nice sunny (and slightly breezy day) I decided to take Mirai Smart doll SDMV out for a “test drive” to see how it feels to take her out for photos :) What is Smart doll? I was really excited when I found out that Mirai comes with a telescopic stand which we can plug into the back of the smart doll. Usually with the regular doll, during a breezy day or on uneven surfaces, it is quite impossible to pose the doll without the big risk of having the doll “face plant” and get hurt. Imagine the pain when the doll is scratched or damaged! When doing doll photography usually we have the camera and other equipment with us to take care of, and not having an extra stand (which may not work out) to worry about is a plus!
An exciting new addition to my doll family arrived!
As some of you have already had a sneak peek over instagram and twitter!
It was really difficult not to talk about her when she was shipped, I did not want to jinx it and cause a delay! She is the Smart Doll 001 : Mirai Suenaga Manual Version or SDMV for short.
Read more about / where to order at smartdoll.jp, I recommend you read through everything to know what you’re getting yourself into haha!
