Tutorial: Paper Bunny Ears for Dollfie Dream

Want to make those paper bunny ears for your own dollfie dream girls?  Here’s a quick post on how to do it :) You can probably resize the file to fit other dolls if you like :)

For this tutorial, you will need:

  1. access to a printer
  2. paper (to print the template)
  3. card stock paper (to make the actual bunny ears)
  4. scissors
  5. pencil to trace the template onto card stock paper
  6. marker or other colour paper to draw in the pink area as shown in the template

1) Save this template onto your computer, and print it out using a picture editing program.

Had a stroke of inspiration this morning and was able to get some time to make the ears from paper and shoot some photos very quickly, before running some errands of the day :)

Ball joint doll meet – Richmond Bubble Tea

Managed to take the public transit to the doll meet ^O^ Thank goodness weather was decent!

I only brought Aki, Mamachapps and the Alpacas this time round, as I had to go buy some fabrics before attending the meet, fabrics are heavy, on top of that, camera and dolls o_o;! lol

Dollfie Dream Hakama

Documentation of the progress of making a Dollfie Dream Hakama ^^/ Initially it started out as something which is meant for M-bust, but as I adjusted the pattern it became something which will fit the L-bust DDII ^^;

Above is the first attempt, the tie straps were too bulky so I changed that later on. Also felt that the sleeves could be longer ^^/

Leeke World Wigs

About a week ago, I took advantage of a one day free shipping promotion Leeke World was having and bought 2 more wigs, and 2 small hair pieces.

Picture below is a combination of the previous Leeke World wig I bought and the 2 hair pieces ^^

I found out about the hair pieces thru miuofstars on her Sakuno post, had to get a couple for my Aki ^^; I think it will look cute on Himitsu too, I should try it on her sometime.
