Hi, she’s normally only available on yahoo japan, I hardly see her on ebay at all. Usually people get a shopping service to buy her.
I was very lucky that when I went to Japan I managed to find her, otherwise I have the same problem you have– she’s very hard to find/buy ^^;

Yes, I can concur with that, while playing in the snow sounds like fun can’t say I enjoy it with the cold.
The hat pointing up like that reminds a lot of Yotsuba’s image of a Tuskiboshi.
Tuskiboshi = moon star? (or am I guessing it wrong? LOL) If I can get some good photos I don’t mind going out and freeze my bum off ^^;
