Himitsu and Taiga crashed a Blythe Halloween party yesterday XD
It was a super long day, we had to get up early, get to ferry terminal (Kind thanks to my friends for picking me up and dropping me off after!) we had to take a 2 hour ferry ride to Victoria, then have another couple of kind friends drive us for about an hour to the meet venue ^^;
After I made a “tsun tsun” Taiga Aisaka version II I loved her but I felt like I needed a happier version of her. Today inspired by the sudden break of sunny weather, I worked on the last blank head I got ^^;
Due to my impatience, the work is rather rough :P Not sure if it was due to that, I still feel that I like tsun tsun version II the most out of the three?
Okay it’s not really a doll house, I believe it’s one of those “play house” for children but everytime I pass by that kindergarten I look longingly at the house, thinking it’s perfect for dollfie dream!
I was presented with a Petite Blythe during one of the Blythe doll meets by my friend mydollies4 and I managed to quickly customise her, in time to take her to a Mini Blythe meet in Granville island on Sunday! Oh, her name is Jules ;)
Petite Blythes are small and cute, and portable :P But I find it very fiddly to make their clothes =_=; I made her little dress from one of the Dolly Coordinates pattern :3
Tons of ideas, not enough arms etc to do everything ^^;
These 3 are test pieces, want to do something which will hide the join on the shoulders. Mirin (our right hand side) is in L bust, while Himitsu (our left) and Aki (center) are in M-busts :P

I was lucky enough to be able to get my hands on a copy of Dollybird 14, which has a couple patterns for Dollfie Dream DDII M-bust body. Finally had a chance to test something out…
Mirai Yukino chan is in DDII M-bust body specially for this dress – I decided to feature her since I feel that this dress suits someone with dark hair and brown eyes better ;) Also let Aki take a break lol!
Was adjusting the pattern again, this final version is a bit longer than the previous one worn by Aki in DDII L-bust body ^^; so not as much of a sexy tease perhaps? :P
Himitsu in DDII M-bust and Nyanko DDdy body is wearing Mini yukata made with exact same final pattern ^^/ As you can see, due to the bust size difference the Yukatas appear to be different length when being worn…
Had a most awesome time with bluestarbaby of bluestardolls and navci of 2 of Hearts today. Luckily we believed the right weather forecast, even tho it turned out a bit hotter than expected ^^; I brought Pi-chan since she didn’t get much outdoor time I feel ^^;/
And yes that’s a new outfit for her, made it the day before cos I felt guilty ^^;;;
Have been very very busy due to Blythe con on the 20th in Portland — any DD owners in Portland USA? ^^;
Managed to squeeze time in the ridiculously busy schedule to help design the Mirai Suenaga Winter school uniform with Danny ^o^/ (Thank you for the great pleasure of doing so) all this in between visiting relatives and random activities!
