Wanted to revisit making a cardigan for a while now, did not get to drafting a new pattern until today ^^;

Ah has it been a while already since I last took just Taiga out? Anyhows, decided to quickly re-dress her and bring her out on a lovely day on a Sakura hunt! :D

Brought Mirai out for a quick outting — managed to catch the sun set at Garry Point Park ^^; and some early spring blossoms :)

Attended a fairly large meet with more than 20 doll owners yesterday at the Canadian Legion Hall, I met up with kmyk to go — luckily I did cos otherwise I will probably have taken the bus in the exact opposite direction ^^;
I brought Himitsu and Taiga along, Himitsu wears a test outfit which still [...]

Himitsu was nagging me about this for a while now (since last year) so in between other sewing I worked on this North High (Haruhi’s school) uniform so that Himitsu can cosplay as Haruhi ^^;

It’s not completed yet: I probably need to remake the skirt but the main part – the top is done ^o^

Or seifuku… Had been meaning to make one of these for my dollfie musumes for a while now, last nite kicked my bum to draft a pattern to make one :D

A  suddenly sunny break in the afternoon got me moving my dollfie dream girls together to take some photos!

Now Taiga can stand on her own with some careful balancing, thanks to kips!

What is kips?

I was reminded why I try to avoid using dark materials to make dollfie clothes the hard way ^^; When I was going to change Mirai’s clothes I realised Oh noes…. Stain!!!! o_o;;;;;
Quickly made Mirai’s body a pair of pantyhose to cover up for now, as the pimple cream I use to treat doll stains is [...]

Haven’t sewn properly during the holiday festive season, had to do some “warm up sewing” before some actual work related sewing… so who benefits from it? ^^;

Taiga said it’s the year of the Tiger, she’s entitled to get something new from me…  It’s not perfect, but she got a Yukata from me by twisting my pinky (still [...]
